Andrew has lived in Bend for over a decade and a half. He is a seasoned construction manager, licensed real estate agent, and U.S. Army veteran with one deployment to Iraq. As co-founder of GQS, he specializes in new builds, major home additions, ADUs, and deck transformations.
His real estate expertise enhances his understanding of property value and market trends, which he integrates into his construction projects to ensure quality, appeal, and return on investment. With over half a decade of experience, he is committed to customer satisfaction, clear communication, and delivering exceptional results across Central Oregon.

Brice brings over two decades of hands-on experience in the construction field, managing every aspect of the industry—from daily onsite work to business ownership.
He has successfully overseen projects ranging from $50,000 to $3.5 million. Well-versed in the ever-changing construction landscape, Brice has built everything from houses to hotels, ensuring quality in every project. He has been married for 15 years and is a proud father of four children.

She is a devoted mom of three and has been married to her husband, Dereck, for 17 years.
Together, their family enjoys spending time outdoors—avid hikers, mountain biking enthusiasts, and regulars on the water paddle boarding during the summer months.
